Our Story

A small-town brand, made with care

From Kishni to homes across India

NATOVA is the home brand of thephotowala.in, from Kishni in Mainpuri district, Uttar Pradesh. What began as a neighbourhood photo studio and frame workshop — Lord Buddha Photo Studio — has grown, one honest product at a time, into natural bath care, personalised photo frames & gifts, and festive jewellery under a single name.

We are a young brand and we say that proudly. Every product is picked, checked and packed with the same care we would want for our own home — because our one rule has never changed: if we wouldn't use it ourselves, we won't sell it to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

It is a natural product. With daily use and proper care (rinse and dry after every bath), it is best replaced from time to time for hygiene. A slight variation in colour and texture is the sign of a genuinely natural fibre.
Once soaked in water, the fibre becomes quite soft. Start with a light hand and gentle pressure, and avoid scrubbing the face harshly.
The product is exactly the same — Pack of 2 is ₹249 (MRP ₹399) and Pack of 4 is ₹449 (MRP ₹699). For a family, or for better value, Pack of 4 works out best.
